PROPERTY

We became the owners of new property today. Glen signed and recorded a land contract for 158 S. 4th. St, here in Newark. Its a two bedroom ranch style that we have remodeled. We have put in new energy efficient windows on those that still had the old style, new granite tile countertop and back splash in the kitchen and as shower surround in the shower. New vinyl tile and linoleum in the laundry, bath and kitchen and new carpet throughout. It's on a rather deep narrow lot with most of the lawn in the back yard. I've put in before and after shots of the inside and out. It was a labor of love as we hope to sale it to someone who really needs a place that is affordable.
