Thanksgiving is over the turkey is now fixings for the next week. I'm feeling a little better. Thanks to lots of prayer and for my neck cracking early today. Blood pressure still up there but doing better not so dizzy today.
Now we get ready for the gift giving season. For me that means not only Christmas but a few birthdays as well. I have a daughter, two granddaughters in December, one step grand-daughter and a step son. I use the word step out of respect for that child as he is really close to his mom. But in my heart he is a child of mine as I'm with his dad. But the giving of gifts for me is not just the materialistic gifts but the sharing of "The Greatest Gift" every given to man. The gift of Gods only son Jesus Christ. Over the years I've written several poems about Christmas and I've been composing one for this year but it's not quite ready yet. The Holidays has always been hard for me as I have never had the finances to do what I'd like at Christmas time. But the lord always provides. So I need to get the decorations bought out and the gifts wrapped that I have already and the shopping needs to be finished. But until then I keep on going. So until next blog God Bless.
and may God richly bless you too Barb...remember that the best gifts come from the heart.
